About the Job:

Sigma Marble is adding a Construction Project estimator to its growing Team of Construction Professionals. Each of our employees abides by our core values. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills related to tile and stone construction estimating, expert-level proficiency in reading all plans and specifications, and be able to work seamlessly with our team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Read and analyze plans and bid documents thoroughly.
• Review and understand instructions to bidders.
• Attend and contribute to pre-bid meetings and conference calls.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and architects during bidding phases.
• Conduct on-site field inspections periodically.
• Contract reviews.
• The ability and willingness to network and build relationships with clients.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 Years of Experience in Tile and Stone
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PDF, and other Construction-related software.
• Proficient in Bid Screen XL
• Strong Skills in construction Take-offs and estimating.
• Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Shelf-motivated witha strong team-oriented mindset
