Qualifications

• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement von Gastgewerbe- oder Holzrahmenprojekten.
• Erfahrung im Management von Neubauprojekten von Mobilisierung bis zur Fertigstellung.

Responsibilities

• Leitung von Hotelbauprojekten von der Planung bis zum Abschluss.
• Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und externen Partnern zur Sicherstellung der Projektübereinstimmung.

Project Manager – Hospitality & Stick-Frame Construction

Location : Greater Houston Area (Harris County, TX)

Industry : General Contracting – Commercial Construction

iRiS Recruiting Solutions has been engaged by a Texas-based General Contractor with a 40+ year track record of delivering quality commercial construction projects. This firm is launching a new hospitality division and has already secured four ground-up hotel projects from a repeat client.

They are seeking a local Project Manager to help lead this new initiative from the ground up — someone who can take ownership of hotel builds and help establish process and excellence within this newly forming group.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead hotel construction projects from precon to closeout, managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client expectations
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project alignment, timely execution, and quality delivery
• Coordinate job site activity, procurement, permitting, inspections, and issue resolution
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring repeat business and client satisfaction
• Report regularly to leadership on project progress and performance

Ideal Candidate Profile :

• 5+ years of experience as a PM on hospitality or stick-frame multi-family projects (wood frame hotels, apartments, senior living, etc.)
• Experience in managing ground-up construction from mobilization to final punch
• Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and job cost tracking
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Based in the Greater Houston area or commutable to job sites in Harris County
