Job Description

We are a Commercial Construction Company seeking a skilled Estimator with solid construction experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial project estimating, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with project managers and clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in commercial construction estimating
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and costs
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
• Proficient with estimating software
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documents
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes
• Work collaboratively with the project team from pre-construction through execution
