Job summary

What you'll be doing:

Maintain a database of qualified subcontractors, suppliers, and conduct prequalification

Lead project prebid (including attendance of meetings), plan/spec distribution, and manage bid day operations, calendar, and in-house activities

Coordinate with outside trade organizations and plan services, including developing and maintaining relationships with subcontractors

Lead online bid solicitation and update the database with proposed and awarded subcontractors

What we're looking for:

Minimum of 3 years working as an Estimator with a commercial general contractor

Estimation experience with commercial project values of $5m-$30m+

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and/or Microsoft Project or Procore

Ability to meet tight estimating deadlines with a high degree of accuracy

Strong communication skills and leadership ability
