Job summary

Elsdon Group, a well-established general contractor in the Dallas–Fort Worth market, seeks a Senior Estimator to join their team and lead estimating and preconstruction on commercial projects.

You will review plans, prepare competitive estimates, perform quantity takeoffs, and develop bid packages while coordinating with project managers, superintendents, and clients to ensure successful bids.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of estimating experience with a General Contractor.
• Strong understanding of plans, specifications, scopes and construction costs.
• Experience with both ground-up and/or renovation projects.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

The company works on a diverse range of ground-up and renovation commercial projects across the Dallas-Fort Worth area, offering a varied pipeline and the opportunity to take ownership of projects from preconstruction through bid.

The Role
