Job summary

Babich & Associates in the Dallas–Fort Worth area seeks an experienced Commercial Construction Estimator to support estimating, pre-construction, and bid development for commercial projects.

Candidates should bring 3+ years of estimating experience in general construction or a specialty trade (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, drywall, metal, millwork, roofing, waterproofing, concrete) and be proficient with estimating or takeoff software.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial construction estimating experience or related field.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience with estimating or takeoff software.
• Knowledge of commercial construction pricing, labor, and materials.

We are interested in candidates with backgrounds in general construction or specialty trades, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, drywall, metal, millwork, roofing, waterproofing, and concrete.
