Qualifications

• Two+ years in Sales/Rental support or related roles.
• Experience with CRM/ERP or similar business systems.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction equipment or JCB products.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to Sales/Rental representatives and managers.
• Assist with the preparation of equipment quotes, proposals, and Sales/Rental documentation.
• Coordinate equipment availability, transfers, and inventory inquiries.
• Serve as a primary contact for customer orders and Sales/Rental transactions.
• Create and process Sales/Rental orders, purchase orders, and related documents.
• Maintain CRM and ERP records and support data quality initiatives.
• Deliver responsive customer service and escalate issues as needed.
