Job summary

JCB is seeking a dynamic field sales professional to act as the primary liaison for customers, driving machine sales coverage and delivering exemplary satisfaction across our dealer network. You will represent JCB’s range of construction equipment while building strong customer relationships and expanding market presence.

Compensation includes a base salary starting at $38,000 with commissions and an uncapped earning potential, with overall pay potentially reaching $80,000–$100,000+ per year

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of sales experience.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred but not required.
