Job summary

Gold Coast JCB in Medley, FL, is seeking a senior Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair and maintain heavy machinery at customer sites and in shop environments. You will deliver top‑level customer uptime and mentor peers while adhering to safety standards.

Requirements include a college degree in diesel/technical field or equivalent experience, 10+ years on heavy equipment, and bilingual English/Spanish. Travel is required; benefits include medical/dental/vision and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• College degree in a diesel/technical field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years as service technician in heavy machinery or diesel engines.
• Bilingual English/Spanish; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair and maintain heavy machinery and aerial equipment in field and shop.
• Prepare clear service reports and time/work notes for billing.
• Mentor other technicians and assist on complex jobs.
• Travel to customer sites as required and ensure safety compliance.
• Support product clinics and promotional events when needed.
