Job summary

WW Clyde is seeking an Equipment Dispatcher in the Southwest Division (Arizona) to coordinate, schedule, and dispatch construction equipment for timely job-site deployment. You will track movements, verify readiness, and coordinate with shops and field teams to maximize equipment utilization.

The role requires a high school diploma and strong organizational skills, with preferred 3 years in construction, plus proficiency in dispatch software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years of experience in the construction industry is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated understanding of heavy construction equipment, logistics, and fleet coordination.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate effectively with field and office teams.
• Willingness and ability to learn equipment dispatching software and related systems.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and the ability to work well with others.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Responsibilities

• Equipment Tracking: Track and update equipment movements and locations across various operating systems.
• Equipment Readiness Verification: Ensure equipment readiness by coordinating inspections, maintenance, and communication with the shop and field teams.
• Job Coordination: Coordinate with job sites to maximize equipment.
• Staging Yard Management: support the organization of equipment within staging yards; lead efforts to improve yard layout and processes.
• Safety and Environmental Compliance: Help ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory policies; foster a culture of safety and responsibility.
