Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED and be pursuing a bachelor's degree.
• Field of Study: Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0–2 years construction estimating support, engineering, field support, or similar experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to perform trig calculations and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Interpret designs for takeoff and workforce for bidding and building projects.
• Prepare and distribute status reports, punch lists, sketches, and material calculations to supervisor.
• Provide technical support on materials meeting specifications, delivery dates, and schedules.
• Assist with change orders and estimates with drawings to support estimating work.
• Develop data including quantity take-offs and material pricing for accurate bids.
• Maintain records of quantities for cost controls on projects.
