Responsibilities

• Interpret designs/drawings for takeoff and bidding.
• Prepare and distribute documentation (reports, punch lists, sketches).
• Provide technical support on materials, delivery dates, and schedules.
• Assist with change orders and estimates with sketches for bids.
• Develop data for quantities and material pricing for estimates.
• Maintain records of quantities and materials for cost controls.
