Responsibilities

• Interpret design drawings and prepare takeoffs for bids and construction.
• Prepare and distribute status reports, punch lists, sketches, and material calculations.
• Support change orders and estimates with drawings to meet changing requirements.
• Maintain quantity and materials records for cost controls on projects.
