Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• 5+ years of capital project construction experience.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Proficiency with MS Office, including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist Construction Group to manage capital projects through full life cycle from definition to closeout.
• Participate on project teams to develop scope, cost estimates, and schedule.
• On-site field/scope visits and support for scheduling, including critical paths.
• Develop detailed construction plans and identify outage requirements to implement facilities, identify permits, and prepare detailed estimates.
• Develop construction contracts and bid packages; review responses and participate in vendor selection.
