Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• Requires 10+ years of applicable experience in the construction of capital projects.
• Superior interpersonal, leadership, communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Construction Group to manage capital projects through the full life cycle.
• Develop project scope, cost estimates, and schedules with project teams.
• Conduct on-site field visits and oversee outages and permitting.
• Prepare detailed construction plans and bid packages; support vendor selection.
• Coordinate design constructability reviews across disciplines to control costs.
• Monitor project schedule, cost, and safety, ensuring compliance with procedures.
• Close out construction contracts and document as-built records.
• Travel to off-site locations as required.
