Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program is required.
• Requires five (5) to less than ten (10) years of applicable experience in construction of capital projects.
• Superior interpersonal, leadership, communication, organizational, and presentation skills; strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Construction Group to manage capital projects through the entire life cycle from definition to closeout.
• Develop project scope, cost estimates, and project schedule with project teams.
• Participate on-site field visits and support schedule development including critical paths.
• Prepare detailed construction plans, permits, and bid packages; review responses and assist in vendor selection.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements and monitor construction progress.
