SpaceX is seeking a Lead Environmental Health & Safety Engineer, Construction Safety in Bastrop, TX. You will lead the EHS construction safety team, drive safety performance, and ensure compliance with OSHA construction standards across sites and contractors.

Requirements include 4+ years in EHS with construction focus and 3+ years of leadership. Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field preferred. This role demands extended hours, travel, and direct site involvement.

Qualificações

• 4+ years designing and overseeing environmental, health, and safety programs with construction focus.
• 3+ years of leadership experience coordinating multi-site teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day activities of the EHS construction safety team and manage hiring, performance, and rewards.
• Review budgets and POs; manage construction safety program expenditures.
• Develop practical safety improvements to reduce incidents and ensure policy compliance across teams and contractors.
• Interpret new safety laws/regulations with emphasis on construction requirements and provide guidance to management.
• Provide training on JHAs, safe work procedures, permits to work, and risk tools; coach stakeholders.
