Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of the EHS construction safety team and manage hiring, performance, and rewards.
• Review budgets and POs; manage construction safety program expenditures.
• Develop practical safety improvements to reduce incidents and ensure policy compliance across teams and contractors.
• Interpret new safety laws/regulations with emphasis on construction requirements and provide guidance to management.
• Provide training on JHAs, safe work procedures, permits to work, and risk tools; coach stakeholders.
