Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a Construction Management Assistant to support internal consumer and commercial construction draws bank-wide. The CMA will assist customers with draw requests, coordinate inspections, endorsements, and ensure compliance with lending policies.

The role requires knowledge of construction or real estate, strong communication skills, and flexibility to travel to branch offices as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; knowledge of construction/real estate preferred.
Ability to perform on-site inspections occasionally.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to travel to branch offices as needed.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in the preparation of new and existing draw requests.
Order inspections from third party inspectors.
Order down-date endorsements from various title companies.
Review invoices and other documentation to support draw requests; communicate issues to supervisor for resolution.
Review, understand and communicate issues regarding loan draw accuracy and correction of errors.
Initiate internal transfer requests as well as other miscellaneous advances.
Monitor and manage Builder's Risk ticklers for specified construction projects; ensure Builder's Risk Insurance before construction begins.
Monitor and manage the approved contractor's list.
Perform other duties as required.
