Enterprise Bank & Trust in Overland Park, KS is seeking a Construction Management Assistant to support the processing of construction draws bank-wide. The role requires understanding lending policies and attention to file details.

You will assist with draw requests, coordinate inspections and endorsements, review invoices, and communicate issues to the Construction Management Supervisor. Some travel to branch offices is expected with occasional overtime.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge or experience with construction or real estate preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel to branch offices as needed.
• Valid driver's license required.

Aufgaben

• Assist customers in preparing new and existing draw requests.
• Order inspections from third party inspectors.
• Review invoices and documentation to support draw requests.
• Monitor Builder’s Risk ticklers and ensure insurance before construction begins.
• Coordinate internal transfers and contractor lists as needed.
• Communicate issues to Construction Management Supervisor for resolution.
