Job summary

Wintrust Financial Corporation is seeking a Commercial Draw Analyst to support monitoring and risk management of construction loans and draw requests. You will review post-closing draw requests, facilitate pre-close document collection, and review title endorsements, inspections, and insurance certificates.

You’ll enter draw data into processing software for final review by managers. Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of relevant experience, strong MS Excel skills, and the ability to coordinate

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced computer skills.
• Must be highly proficient with MS Excel.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume role, handling many tasks for multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Support monitoring and risk management of commercial and residential construction loans and draw requests.
• Review post-closing draw requests and facilitate pre-close document collection.
• Collect and review pre-close due diligence documentation and post-close draw documentation.
• Order and review title endorsements, inspection reports, and certificates of insurance.
• Enter draw requests into the processing software for final review by Commercial Draw Managers.
