Qualifications

• 1–3 years Construction Loan or Equity draw processing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares project budgets and milestones in the system and follows up with Project Managers on post-closing items before disbursement.
• Reviews loan documents and analyzes sources/uses, reserves, subsidies, and budget adequacy.
• Monitors lien releases, insurance renewals, and required documentation for draws and project costs.
• Coordinates with internal/external parties to collect leasing reports, insurance, and project docs in the first 90 days of operations.
• Guides developers to maintain compliance with guidelines and timelines from construction to lease-up.
• Generates reports to track property progress against underwriting.
