The role supports post‑closing requirements, budgets, and transition from construction to operation in Denver, CO.

Qualifications include an Associate's Degree with progress towards Real Estate/Accounting/Finance, 1–3 years in construction loan processing, and strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project development budgets and milestones in the database.
• Review loan documents, sources and uses, and budget adequacy.
• Review lien releases, insurance renewals, and required docs for draws.
• Coordinate with internal/external parties for initial leasing reports and docs.
• Assist in establishing guidelines for transition from construction to operations.
• Create/run reports to monitor property progress against underwriting.
• Data administration in Investor Central.
