Job summary

Hunt Military Communities seeks a Construction Draw Administration Specialist to manage loan and equity draws, budgets, and compliance for development projects. The role interfaces with developers and inspectors and is based in Encino, CA.

Responsibilities include preparing budgets, reviewing loan documents, monitoring draws, and coordinating project documentation during the first 90 days of operations. Strong Excel/Word skills and 1–3 years in draws are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years Construction Loan or Equity draw processing preferred.
• Associate's Degree required.
• Bachelor's Degree progress toward Real Estate, Accounting, Finance preferred.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS-Excel, MS-Word, and other MS-Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepares project Development Budgets and milestones in database; follows up with Project Managers on post-closing requirements.
• Reviews and monitors compliance of partnership agreements and loan documents; analyzes sources and uses, reserves, and budget adequacy.
• Reviews lien releases, title updates, inspection reports, and insurance renewals; monitors draws against approved costs.
• Coordinates with internal/external parties for leasing reports, insurance, and project documentation in the first 90 days.
• Supports transition from construction to operations; creates/executes reports to monitor progress against underwriting.
• Performs data administration in Investor Central.
