Qualifications

• Associate degree required; progress toward bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years construction loan or equity draw processing experience preferred.
• Strong MS Excel/Office skills; high attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepares project Development Budgets and milestones; tracks with Project Managers.
• Reviews compliance of partnership agreements and loan documents; analyzes sources and uses, reserves, deficits, subsidies and budgets.
