Job summary

Hunt Companies, Inc. is seeking a Construction Draw Administration Specialist in Denver, CO to manage construction loan and equity draws and serve as the contact for Developers and inspectors.

The role supports post-closing activities and ensures budget adherence during the development lifecycle. You will coordinate with Project Managers and Asset Management, prepare budgets and milestones, and monitor documentation and insurance requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required.
• Bachelor's Degree Progress towards Real Estate, Accounting, Finance preferred.
• 1-3 years Construction Loan or Equity draw processing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares project Development Budgets and milestones; follows up with Project Managers on post-closing items before funds disbursement.
• Reviews and monitors partnership agreement and loan documents; analyzes sources/uses, reserves, deficits, subsidy timing, documentation, and budget adequacy.
• Monitors development budget and identifies variances; notifies Project Managers and Asset Management of change orders and cost exposures.
• Coordinates with internal/external parties for initial leasing reports, property insurance, and project documentation during the first 90 days of operations.
• Establishes guidelines to support transition from construction to operational phase of the project; creates/runs reports to monitor progress vs underwriting.
