Job summary

National Association of Women in Construction is seeking a Construction Draw Administration Specialist to process construction loan and equity draws, coordinating with Developers and third-party inspectors to resolve Development Budget questions. The role is based in Encino, CA.

You will prepare budgets, monitor compliance, review loan documents, and produce reports to support the transition from construction to operation while ensuring adherence to established guidelines.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required.
• Bachelor's Degree progress towards Real Estate, Accounting or Finance preferred.
• 1-3 years Construction Loan or Equity draw processing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project Development Budgets and milestones in database.
• Review and monitor compliance of partnership agreements and loan documents.
• Analyze sources and uses, reserves, deficits, timing of subsidy funding, and budget adequacy.
• Review lien releases, title updates, and insurance renewals; verify invoices.
• Monitor construction draws to ensure costs align with Development Budget.
