• Knowledge of document workflows in active construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage, track, and maintain project documentation per company and client requirements.
• Upload, distribute, and control documents in InEight, Procure, and Autodesk Build.
• Maintain document registers, transmittals, and revision histories.
• Ensure current, approved documents are available to project teams and field personnel.
• Support document control for drawings, RFIs, submittals, contracts, and correspondence.
• Coordinate document workflows between engineering, procurement, construction, and project management teams.
• Monitor compliance with document naming conventions and filing standards.
• Assist with audits, closeout documentation, and turnover packages.
