Job summary

Construction Solutions Group in Wisconsin is seeking a detail-oriented document control associate to manage digital filing, data verification, and efficient information flow within our structural steel projects. You will handle PDF assembly with Bluebeam, import data into Tekla PowerFab, and coordinate with production teams to keep drawings and BOMs accurate.

This role emphasizes independent work, timely reporting, and process improvement, with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Digital Filing: receive, locate, and download digital files.
• Data Verification: import files into software and resolve import errors.
• Data Management: compare BOM with Tekla PowerFab data and ensure correct imports.
• KSS file editing when needed and generating reports.
• Communication: manage emails and distribute documents to stakeholders.
