SERVPRO of Adamstown, Mohnton is seeking a Construction Division Leader to oversee all construction projects and ensure top customer satisfaction. You will manage the construction team, assign leads to Project Managers, monitor schedules and budget, and ensure compliance with plans and codes.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, Xactimate and restoration industry experience, and strong leadership and communication skills. PMP certification is a plus; a background check is required.

As a Construction Division Leader with SERVPRO of Adamstown, Mohnton, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service is provided to all customers and clients! In this role, you will manage a wide range of functions on all construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of all construction team and projects and ensure customer and client satisfaction
• Manage the construction team and assign leads to Construction Project Managers

• Ensure all work performed complies with the plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements of the scope of work.
