Job summary

SERVPRO of Central Delaware County is hiring a Restoration Supervisor to lead front-line restoration projects, coordinate production processes, and ensure quality and customer satisfaction across assigned jobs.

You will supervise technicians, manage materials, and document detailed job files, while communicating with project managers and office staff. The role requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift heavy loads, with OSHA safety compliance emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• IICRC certification is a plus, not required.
• Ability to lift 50–100 pounds with assistance, climb ladders and work in tight spaces.
• Background check in accordance with applicable law.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews.
• Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities.
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided.
• Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects.
• Communicate with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issues.
• Communicate and follow all OSHA guidelines for job safety.
• Coach and train restoration technicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews
• Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided
• Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects
• Communicate with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issues

Additional Responsibilities

• Communicate and follow all OSHA guidelines for job safety
• Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly
• Coach and train restoration technicians

Position Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma/GED (preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction
• IICRC certification a plus, not required
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objectsAbility to work with/around cleaning agents
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
