Job summary

Austin Bridge & Road in Coppell, TX, is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator to coordinate haul operations between plants, construction field operations and management. The role focuses on reviewing tickets, approving Haul Hub entries, processing invoices, and maintaining CMiC data.

You will work with project teams, vendors and drivers to resolve billing issues, keep records organized, and support reporting and cost tracking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience with construction operations/equipment haul operations and familiarity with DOT regulations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and JWS software; Haul Hub experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review JWS haul tickets daily to verify carrier, vehicle, job, and ticket information.
• Review and approve Haul Hub tickets to ensure accurate carrier assignment and billing documentation.
• Process trucker invoices, validating quantities, rates, and supporting haul tickets.
• Code, log, scan, and submit invoices to Accounts Payable for processing.
• Enter and maintain dispatching, trucking, vendor, and project data in CMiC.
• Coordinate with project teams, vendors, drivers, and accounting to resolve billing and documentation issues.
