Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience with construction operations/equipment haul operations and familiarity with DOT regulations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and JWS software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify haul tickets daily for carrier, vehicle, job, and ticket information.
• Process trucker invoices and code, log, scan, and submit to Accounts Payable.
• Maintain dispatching, trucking, vendor, and project data in CMiC.
• Coordinate with project teams, vendors, drivers, and accounting to resolve issues.
• Assist with reporting, cost tracking, and operational administrative support.
