Job summary

ARCO Design/Build in Indianapolis seeks a Construction Design/Build Project Manager to own the full lifecycle of a project, from initial concept through completion. You’ll collaborate with clients, design teams, and subcontractors to deliver buildable, cost-effective solutions.

You’ll lead estimates, scheduling, safety, and procurement, chair bi-weekly site meetings, and drive quality improvements while upholding our values of integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Requires a Civil, Mechanical, Architectural, Construction Management, Building Science, or Construction Engineering background or related field.
• Strong interest in design/build, tilt-up concrete, industrial builds, etc.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Project; excellent communication & attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead every facet of the project from start to finish, including estimating, scheduling, quality control, billing, design coordination, cost tracking, safety, and proposal development.
• Deliver accurate, detailed project estimates to set up successful execution.
• Collaborate with clients and design teams to shape preliminary concepts into buildable solutions.
• Participate in proposal meetings, refine scope, reduce costs, and provide value-driven engineering insights.
• Lead subcontractor selection and buyout to ensure top-tier talent and cost efficiency.
• Facilitate bi-weekly site meetings to align teams and maintain progress.
