You will own project performance from concept to completion, with full profit and performance responsibility and close collaboration with owners and design professionals. You will lead estimating, scheduling, cost reporting, safety, and coordination, while driving value engineering and proactive communication with stakeholders to deliver on-time, on-budget

Qualifikationen

• BS in Engineering or related field with minimum 3.2 GPA
• 3–10 years of design/build experience
• Ability to make sound decisions under tight deadlines
• Ability to organize, plan and manage multiple activities
• Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
• Integrity aligned with company values
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Project

Aufgaben

• Oversee managerial and administrative aspects: estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports and progress billing.
• Collaborate with owner early in the process to facilitate design with designers.
• Develop accurate project estimates with design team for preliminary drawings.
• Participate in owner meetings to review scope and value engineer where possible.
• Oversee subcontractor buyout and selection.
• Lead bi-weekly site meetings and coordinate with the Superintendent on safety, quality and schedule.
• Conduct progress meetings with owners and the construction team.
• Maintain cost-conscious oversight of all project aspects.
• Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders.
