MBP in Raleigh and other locations seeks a Senior Manager to lead analysis of delay and disruption claims, oversee timelines, and mentor junior staff on disputes and investigations engagements across construction and government contracts.

Requires 6–12 years in construction or related field; expert witness experience preferred; strong skills in Oracle P6, MS Project, and Excel. Responsibilities include drafting reports and supporting business development.

Qualifications

• 6 to 12 years of experience in construction field or related area.
• Experience as expert witness or interest in becoming one preferred.
• Experience developing/reviewing construction claims for delay, productivity and cost impacts.

Responsabilités

• Lead analysis and discovery support; oversee documentation and coordination with expert team and clients.
• Manage daily workflows; supervise junior consultants; manage budgets and project schedules.
• Engage with clients and legal counsel; provide status updates and discuss findings and strategy.
• Draft expert reports, rebuttals, and memos; prepare visual exhibits for arbitration or trial.
• Support business development by preparing proposals and attending industry events.
