Job summary

Buildots is seeking a Construction Customer Success Manager for a major El Paso project, with 50% onsite requirements and remote support for additional initiatives. You will onboard users, drive platform adoption, and partner with project teams to maximize value from the Buildots solution.

Youll act as the customer voice, collaborate with product managers, and help translate field insights into practical improvements across projects.

Qualifications

Experience in customer success or account management in construction or enterprise software.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel as needed within El Paso and remote projects.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic advisory services to maximize customers' adoption, implementation, and ROI from Buildots across multiple construction projects.
Lead the relationship with project champions to ensure they are supported by Buildots, while also being the customer voice among internal delivery pods.
Efficiently handle onboarding of new users, driving seamless adoption of the technology, including training on-site users.
Gain insights from data and user feedback to influence the product roadmap and features.
Work with the customer success team to create and update playbooks for continuous delivery.
