Morton Buildings, Inc. is seeking a Construction Service Crew Member to join our field team. You will repair and maintain buildings, read blueprints, and perform a variety of post-frame construction tasks while following safety procedures.

The role requires lifting up to 100 pounds, travel up to 10%, and flexibility to work long hours during peak season. Starting pay ranges from $22.00 to $24.00 per hour and includes a quarterly bonus program in the first year.

Qualifications

• Experience in building construction or framing preferred.
• Willingness to participate in training program.
• Possess a valid driver's license preferred.
• Able to work 9–10 hours during peak season.
• Capable of lifting up to 100 pounds and working at heights.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply safety and construction procedures daily.
• Read and build according to construction plans.
• Repair/maintenance tasks including doors, roofing, gutters, and siding.
• Operate hand tools and safety equipment safely.
• Adapt to varying weather, flexible schedules, and travel up to 10%.
• Work with crew to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and plan daily activities; advance with experience.
