Qualifications

• Building construction, carpentry or framing experience preferred (on the job or in school).
• Willingness to participate in and complete a training program.
• A valid driver's license is preferred.
• This position requires 20% travel, including overnight travel up to two weeks at a time.

Responsibilities

• Learn, keep current with and apply Morton Buildings' safety and construction procedures, methods and standards.
• Read, understand and build according to construction plans.
• Utilize tools and equipment to safely construct buildings.
• Execute tasks such as digging footings, framing walls and roof structures, installing windows and doors, and siding/roofing materials.
• Work with crew members in a safe, organized and productive environment.
