Qualifications

• Customer service experience in walk-in, phone, or will-call sales.
• Experience with sales order software, preferably Oracle.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
• Spanish language proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service at walk-in, phone, and will-call counters.
• Process orders, quotes, and enter orders into the system.
• Explain product features, benefits, and warranty terms.
• Upsell related products and inform about promotions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
