Qualifications

• Resume must show specialized experience at or above GS-11.

• Include education, certifications or licensures if required.
• Experience in cost estimating and building modifications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates with bid-level detail for construction projects.
• Prepare budget and planning estimates for varied project types.
• Review and approve Architect/Engineer cost estimates and proposals.
• Develop and review quantity takeoffs using agency tools and estimating software.
• Collaborate with Contract Specialist to manage contracts for external experts.
