ServiceMaster Restoration by David is seeking an Administrative Professional to support construction projects from start to finish in Nashville. The role requires coordination with PMs, estimators, and trades, plus budget and contract oversight. Training is provided for the right coachable candidate.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of construction industry terminology and permitting.
• Experience with budgets, contracts, and scopes of works for trades.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers to see projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate schedules of estimators and PMs.
• Process work orders, contracts, budgets, and schedules; maintain project calendars and subcontractor agreements.
• Record client selections and manage invoicing and collections.
• Support customer happiness through proactive communication and service.
