Job Title: Global Site Assessment Coordinator (Remote – CST/EST Preferred)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Global Site Assessment Coordinator to support the launch and management of global site assessments. This role requires a strong administrative background, project coordination skills, and the ability to manage procurement, scheduling, and documentation processes across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities or construction management, excellent data analysis capabilities, and proficiency in tools such as Smartsheet. Japanese language skills are a strong plus.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule site assessments across the US, Canada, and EU regions.
• Manage procurement processes including purchase orders and vendor coordination.
• Launch and track requests for information from field teams and global sites.
• Follow up with site contacts to ensure timely completion of surveys and assessments.
• Analyze data and maintain dashboards using Smartsheet and other tools.
• Maintain document control and update documentation related to equipment health and site readiness.
• Support global project management efforts and assist in standing up new processes and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones to ensure alignment and progress.
• Travel up to 20% as needed to support site assessments and coordination.
  
  

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination, facilities management, or construction administration.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Smartsheet, Excel, and other data analysis tools.
• Experience managing procurement and scheduling tasks.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be located in EST or CST time zones.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Japanese language proficiency.
• Experience with global project coordination.
• Background in facilities maintenance or construction project management.
• Familiarity with document control systems and equipment health tracking.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
