? What You’ll Do

As our After Sales & Service Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our Benelux operations, with a key mission: grow the aftermarket business, strengthen our service network, and deliver operational excellence.

Your days will be filled with:

  • Creating and implementing strategies that boost spare parts & service sales across direct and dealer channels
  • ? Guiding and inspiring service teams, ensuring best practices and Husqvarna’s high standards are met
  • ? Expanding market share and reinforcing our strong brand presence in the Benelux
  • ? Analyzing and improving operational performance, developing efficient processes and service partner excellence
  • ? Leading technical training, equipping teams with the skills they need to succeed
  • ? Managing inventories, systems, and compliance
  • ? Driving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and business growth

? What You Bring

You're a born problem-solver and leader, with the drive to move things forward and the experience to back it up.

  • Experience leading aftersales or service operations, ideally in construction or a technical field
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electronic and hydraulic systems
  • A solid understanding of inventory, supply chain, and compliance
  • Fluent in Dutch and French, English as the business language
  • Tech-savvy: Microsoft ecosystem & service platforms are your playground
  • A valid driving license and readiness to travel as needed
