As the Project Coordinator, you might spend time gathering bids for an ultra-luxury lake house one day and then ordering materials for a Seattle neighborhood middle housing unit the next. Our focus is on inspirational service and excellent craftsmanship for every project and every client. It takes the whole team to build a beautiful building, and this role is an integral member of the project team. Valor Builds built the highest AIA Seattle 2024 Award of Honor project Park Home in Ravenna and we proudly continue to collaborate with great designers.
We need you as our in-house construction administrative hub! This is a vital support role for someone who loves organization and getting information in the hands of the people that need it. We know you are committed to the joy of construction and want to hear all about it. We also want to hear about your weekend hike, your preferred coffee order, and your opinions on the PNW rain. You are a good communicator, detail-oriented, and humble. We want you to grow professionally and will also encourage your personal development. Each month often includes craft meetings, lunch & learns, and team gatherings.
