CCS Construction Staffing is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to oversee multiple trades on a 3,000+ sq. ft. commercial project in Port Charlotte, FL. This role involves direct coordination with subcontractors, purchasing materials, and ensuring work is completed on schedule and in line with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily project activities across multiple trades, including electrical, HVAC, framing, insulation, drywall, doors, and windows.
• Manage purchasing and procurement of materials.
• Maintain communication between clients, subcontractors, and project management.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and safety.
• Assist with scheduling, documentation, and resolving on-site issues.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction coordination or site management.
• Strong understanding of multiple construction trades and sequencing.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and project specifications.
• Reliable transportation and ability to be onsite 30 hours per week.
