LHH Indy is seeking a qualified Controller to join our team. You will work closely with leadership to coordinate all accounting activities, review project financials, and partner with Project Managers on costs across ongoing projects.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 8+ years accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or controller role, preferably in construction.
• Experience in a project-based, construction-oriented firm.
• Knowledge of construction accounting, cost tracking, AIA billings, capital draw requests, and project budgeting.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review and analyze financial statements, reports, and project-specific financial data.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable and general ledger entries.
• Oversee and develop Project Accountants.
• Work with auditors and tax preparers to timely file audits, reviews, and tax returns.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls and procedures.
