Qualifications

• 1–6 years of contract administration or related role.
• Construction industry experience highly preferred.
• Familiar with contract terminology, document control and lifecycle.
• Experience reviewing and managing redlines.
• Strong attention to detail with communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint; Adobe/AI tools are a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full lifecycle of contracts and NDAs from intake through execution.
• Review drafts, incorporate redlines, maintain version control, and prepare summaries for Legal and Risk.
• Track contract status, deadlines, and approvals with thorough documentation.
• Partner with Legal, Risk, Accounting, and Project Management teams to support active projects.
• Assist with contract amendments, standard templates, lien and bond documentation, and other tasks.
• Maintain reporting, document management systems, and contract records.
• Help develop internal processes and training materials to improve contract administration.
• Provide backup support for subcontract administration as needed.
