RK&K is hiring a Contract Support Specialist to assist the North Florida CEI team with FDOT transportation projects across the region. You will support submittals, documentation, and reporting, coordinating with contractors and the project team.

The role requires strong administration, contract knowledge, and experience with project reporting systems. Hybrid work options and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Experience in construction office management or MAC system and project estimates.
• Familiar with construction contract changes and reporting processes.

Responsabilités

• Promote effective communication with contractors for submittals and meeting minutes.
• Prepare and review reports and correspondence with project team and client.
• Plan and coordinate contract compliance and reporting processes.
• Manage project schedules and budgets to ensure timely completion.
