Job summary

RK&K is hiring a Contract Support Specialist to join the North Florida CEI team. This role involves supporting FDOT transportation construction projects, ensuring effective communication with contractors and managing project documentation.

Ideal candidates will have four years of construction office management experience or two years in 3D Modeling and CADD. The position offers a hybrid work option, competitive compensation, and benefits such as paid time off, health insurance, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Four years of construction office management or two years of experience with 3D Modeling and CADD.
• Experience in project-related duties such as Materials Acceptance and Certification.
• Familiarity with the Department’s Procedures for project-related duties.

Responsibilities

• Promote effective communication with contractors to ensure accurate information exchange.
• Plan, schedule, coordinate, and communicate for compliance with the contract.
• Monitor construction costs and support contract price negotiations.
