Job summary

Doxel is seeking a Construction Client Manager to be based remotely from Atlanta, Georgia, with weekly travel to job sites. You will guide the adoption of Doxel’s platform among General Contractors and owners, building strong relationships to maximize usage and value across projects.

You will lead monthly/quarterly reviews, share best practices, and drive technology adoption to improve efficiency and enable data-driven decisions in the field and at executive levels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the commercial construction industry or equivalent.
• Experience managing strategic customers and driving adoption.
• Comfort with digital tools and data-driven conversations.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to strategic customers, driving impact.
• Lead business reviews with executive stakeholders.
• Guide customers through technology adoption to improve efficiency.
• Document requests, escalate bugs, and gather feedback.
• Foster universal adoption of the Doxel platform.
